OUR MISSION

EqualDev is committed to programming that benefits everyone, regardless of ethnic origin, colour, gender, or affiliation with a particular religion or other group in society. However, we prioritize programming aimed at accelerating development for disadvantaged groups, particularly Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour to close existing gaps. We do this by continually raising participation in our programs to include more children, adults, and elderly citizens. We are passionate about achieving primary prevention of social breakdown in our communities through a focus on education, health and community economic development.

What we do

We support young people aged who are either awaiting other mental health support services or who are in transition from mental health support.

Events

Our programs are carefully developed to address inequalities in social development and economic development.

For individuals, programming will target providing skills and tools for individuals to earn both business and employment income
